Refund Policy

At ViewXO, we want you to be satisfied with your streaming experience. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and how to request one. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Service — No Automatic Refunds
ViewXO is a digital streaming subscription service. Because access to your subscription is delivered immediately upon payment confirmation, we generally do not offer automatic refunds once credentials have been sent and service has been activated.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in accordance with our Terms of Service.
Eligible Refund Circumstances
We do review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. You may be eligible for a refund in the following situations:
- Duplicate charge: You were billed more than once for the same subscription period
- Service not delivered: You completed payment but never received your login credentials within 24 hours and we were unable to resolve the issue
- Extended outage: ViewXO experienced a confirmed service outage lasting more than 72 consecutive hours with no resolution
- Billing error: You were charged the wrong amount due to a ViewXO error
Non-Refundable Situations
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- You changed your mind after credentials were delivered
- You experienced buffering or quality issues due to your own internet connection or device
- You did not use the service during the billing period
- You violated our Terms of Service and your account was suspended as a result
- You shared credentials beyond your plan's device limit
- The content available on the service did not meet your personal expectations
How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the charge you are disputing. To process your request, please include:
- Your full name and email address used at signup
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief description of the issue
- Any supporting documentation (e.g., screenshot of duplicate charge)
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Cancellations
You may cancel your ViewXO subscription at any time by contacting support@viewxo.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will continue to have full access through the period you have already paid for.
Canceling your subscription does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. Please see Section 2 for eligible refund circumstances.
Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. In many cases, we can resolve issues quickly and to your satisfaction without the need for a dispute.
Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and may be disputed by ViewXO with supporting evidence of service delivery.
Changes to This Policy
ViewXO reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of ViewXO after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
