Welcome to ViewXO. By accessing our website or purchasing a streaming subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use ViewXO.
About ViewXO
ViewXO is a streaming subscription service that provides access to live TV channels, on-demand content, and entertainment programming through IPTV technology. Our services are delivered digitally upon confirmation of payment.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of ViewXO after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use ViewXO. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. ViewXO is intended for personal, non-commercial use only.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of ViewXO complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions & Accounts
ViewXO offers the following subscription plans:
- Starter — $20/month: Access on 1 device
- Pro — $25/month: Access on 2 devices simultaneously
- Family — $45/month: Access on 4 devices simultaneously
Upon confirmed payment, you will receive login credentials via the contact information provided during signup. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and must not share them with others outside your plan's device limit.
Payment Terms
ViewXO accepts payment via Cash App and Zelle. Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. By completing a purchase, you authorize ViewXO to deliver the service upon receipt of your payment.
- All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change with notice
- Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle
- Failure to pay on time may result in service suspension
- You are responsible for any fees associated with your chosen payment method
ViewXO does not store your payment information. All transactions are processed directly through your payment provider.
Cancellations
You may cancel your ViewXO subscription at any time by contacting us at support@viewxo.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access through the date already paid for.
ViewXO does not offer prorated refunds for partial months. Please review our Refund Policy for full details on our refund process.
Acceptable Use
By using ViewXO, you agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially distribute your subscription credentials
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute ViewXO content or technology
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations
- Share your login credentials publicly or in a manner that exceeds your plan's device limit
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with ViewXO's servers or infrastructure
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without notice or refund.
Service Availability
ViewXO strives to provide a reliable, high-quality streaming experience. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service. Factors outside our control — including internet outages, device compatibility, and third-party infrastructure — may occasionally affect service availability.
ViewXO is not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions, buffering, or technical issues beyond our control.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and materials on the ViewXO website — including text, graphics, logos, and design — are the property of ViewXO and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any ViewXO content without express written permission.
The streaming content available through your subscription is licensed from third-party providers. ViewXO does not claim ownership of that content.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViewXO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption.
Our total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to ViewXO in the 30 days preceding the claim.
Privacy
Your use of ViewXO is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Changes to These Terms
ViewXO reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
